almond milk vs cow's milk for 12 month old? Or can I do 1/2 & 1/2?

I'd be careful with the almond milk, there's a low chance of it possibly causing alergies.

what about goats milk and the anemia factor? Pedi said to add at multivit but I'm not sure which and if I really need/want to do that. I try and make most of his meals. He has one tooth at this point so chewing is an issue

Agree human milk, second goat or cows milk. Almond milk lacks most of what your child needs. Would you feed a 12 month old a handful of nuts? That is what you would be doing with some added artificial vitamins like Palmitate, etc.

oh I breast fed till 10.5 months then he self weaned, didn't want anything to do with it. sad
