Please hack my Bloodwork (Low T, Tiredness, zero libido, dandruff...)

I got my Blood checked because of declining libido and other symptoms as:

  • unmotivated to do anything
  • No energy/Drive
  • insecurity
  • loss of muscle mass
  • dandruff
  • gain of fat around midline (although on paleo and lifting weights regulary)

Some results are alarming, but I don't know what to make of it. My doctors are of no real help. They just want to put me on T replacement....

Is my body fighting an infection or is it possible that I have an autoimmune disease? (Hashimoto, Cushing...)

I am a 27-years-old male and the symptoms have been present since about 3-4 years getting worse and worse.

                   RESULT REFERENCE RANGE

Free Testosterone 0.21 (nmol/L) 00.31 - 01.04 = LOW! Total Testosterone 4.92 (ng/ml) 02.80 - 08.00

Lymphocytes 45.5 (%) 19.40 - 44.90 = HIGH! Eosinophils 0.80 (%) 00.90 - 06.00 = LOW!

Blood Urea Nitrogen 9.3 02.50 - 06.60 = HIGH! Thyroglobin 2.04 00.00 - 01.70 = HIGH!

Many thanks in Advance for your input. The nightmare is that I don't even care about my missing sex life. I can get an errection, but not as good as I'm being used to. I don't even have the urge to masturbate.

I really don't want to get T-replacement but get to the root of the poblem!
