Are potatos OK on an autoimmune paleo diet?

Potatoes are nightshades, so they are not included in the autoimmune protocol. I have heard that anecdotally, people have been able to reintroduce potatoes but not other nightshades like peppers or tomatoes, so they may be less irritating. Everyone is unique, so you need to experiment to see what is right for you :)
