Was told I have Avascular Necrosis after a CAT Scan (21 year old male)

I had a CAT scan the other day, just to check on some stomach inflammation (gastritis). Everything looks good, but they told me I was a bit constipated (I've never had symptoms of constipation on Paleo, but some days i'm not as "regular" more like every 3-4 days.) and that I have Avascular Necrosis in my hip bones. They asked me if I had any pain in my hips. Honestly I could recall NONE. I thought really hard about it after reading a few patines symptoms, and I know before Paleo, I used to randomly limp some times with a slightly slightly mild pain in my hip area. Other then that, nada.

My question is, if I really do have this, What can I do to keep it as bay or possibly reverse this. I'm already doing a ketogenic version of paleo-6-7 days of the week, Wild Fish every other day, Bone Broth, Saur Kruat, and autoimmune protocol.

I've read that this can be consider an auto-immune issue. It wouldn't surprised me. I've never been diagnosed with an auto-immune condition before, but I had some serious inflammation issues back on SAD (Rosacea, SIBO-like symptoms)

Also, I had a pericardial effusion that is complete gone after a few months of paleo!! So that's the good news.
