Autoimmune Protocol - How long should I wait for results?

I've had psoriatic arthritis for nearly 20 years. I've been on Rob Wolf's autoimmune protocol for a month now, and I can't say that I'm seeing any improvements. I've been extremely careful with my food. I cook all of it myself. Does anyone have experience doing autoimmune protocol? If so, how long did it take to get results? I'm getting a bit worn out with so many restrictions, but I'm hanging on. It is also limiting my social life since I won't eat out. Any thoughts?

Thank you, that is a helpful response. I'm going to give it more time.

I've been taking probiotics, curcumin, astaxanthin, magnesium, krill oil, and multivitamins.

i tried it for 2.5 months but didn't notice any difference eliminating foods. it was when i added them back in one by one that helped most. i found that eggs were a big gas creator for me.

It took me about 6 months to get good relief from my Sjogrens Syndrome using the Paleo Autoimmune protocol. There was some noticeable improvements right away but there were also some ups and downs but improvement continues month by month. I would say I am about 80% improved in my symptoms at the 8 month mark now. I expect complete remission within 1 year time at my current pace. I also drink bone broth nearly every day and am also drinkig Kefir to heal the gut.

Sounds like you have been pretty strict with your food intake. Are you taking any supplements?
