I'm going to try to keep things pretty short.
I'm a 15 year old female goalkeeper, 5'7", 154 pounds. I have a pretty good amount of muscle but I still have belly fat/leg fat that I'd like to cut healthily. I work out (soccer/goalkeeping) every day, 2-3 days a week I train twice a day, and take rest days before tournaments.
I've been researching the Paleo lifestyle and been experimenting the last couple of days with it and I really like it. However, I have some questions and concerns.
1. I want to lower my carb intake, but what if it's not low enough to achieve ketosis? Will I end up not having energy for my training sessions?
2. I constantly am debating whether or not saturated fat is bad, or if it just depends on where you get it from. Does it make a difference?
3. How many calories should I consume a day?
