Hi all, I'm on day 12 of the paleo diet now. I have rheumatoid arthritis that's very painful, and am feeling desperate! I don't seem to be one of those arthritis sufferers who eats a tomato and feels it the next day - my pain is just bad every morning (esp after I've done something like lifting a bag of shopping or gardening).
When did you start to feel any improvement to your pain/inflammation on this diet..?
