For those who use Aroy-D carton coconut milk--does it really go bad in 2 days? There is no way I could drink that much in 2 days

Same here: I transfer it to a jar, and it can keep for a week or a little more.

Man I hope it doesn't because I use it quite often but in small doses, just about 20 to 30 ml in my morning coffee or fruit-based deserts and it can last me a full week with no problem...

i notice (google) that the aroy-d cans contain a preservative, whereas the cartons do not. the preservative listed is Potassium Metabisulphite (E224).

@MathGirl72--how do you know the cans are BPA free--I mean does it say it on the can?

Then don't buy it in the carton. You can get ~14 oz. BPA-free cans with no added ingredients from Walmart.com, Amazon, etc.

No it's fine, I would give it a week or so. I drink it all the time past two days and notice no taste difference.
