I've been on Paleo for almost 2 months and the one thing that I've struggled with has been doing off certain foods that were previously a staple in my diet. This has been chicken and green vegetables. When I decided to go Paleo, I thought it would be easy because chicken and veges are simple and easy. Whilst I'm still off certain types of chicken (I love BBQ chicken), I'm trying to have green vegetables with butter. What I'm finding now, 2 months down the track is that I've generally lost my appetite. At meal times, I'm just not interested in eating. I find my off my food a lot more on weekends, than when I'm at work. It is worrying me though as I don't understand why food isn't appealing to me. I'm also worried it's going to be a long lasting thing and will affect my health negatively. I originally went Paleo to lose a little bit of extra weight I'd put on. I'm otherwise a healthy 33 year old.
