trying to start making changes now that I discovered I'm 4/4 and at higher risk of CAD and AD. Got off my Crestor and now ready to start serious dietary changes and supplements. Can someone please recommend some starting tips. I have never watched my diet before because weight is not an issue, but I know I need to be proactive about this very high AD risk. I'm a 45 year old female who exercises about 2-3 times a week, takes no vitamins or supplements and just stopped my Crestor. Please help
