Would cooking (& serving) farmed salmon lead to contamination of one's cookware, earthenware, silverware, etc. With PCBs/antibiotics?

Given the large concern over antibiotics, PCBs, and other harmful-to-ingest chemicals, would farmed salmon contaminate cast iron, earthenware, silverware, ceramic, etc. which it is cooked or eated in/with in a manner which would resist washings, or leach into washing scrubbers? Or, would the amounts be so negligible that there should be no ill effects?

In otherwords, how residual and adherent to various surfaces(/porous substances) are the potentially harmful chemicals in farmed fish? E.g. Would a cast iron pan continue to leach heated PCBs, antibiotics, fire retardants, etc. into other foods after being cleaned? An earthenware plate? Spoon? Ceramic knife?

What about sponge scrubbers?

I'm tempted to eat some truly horrible things to prove you wrong, but not that tempted (: Seriously, though, a quick search turns up this: "Residual Antibiotics Disrupt Meat Fermentation and Increase Risk of Infection" http://mbio.asm.org/content/3/5/e00190-12.full

The soap you use to clean your dishware likely has more deleterious chemicals than anything coming from cooking factory farmed meat.

No. (Seriously, how much "bad stuff" do you really think is in farmed foods? Geez.)
