Recovering from antibiotic?

Ok so I fell off the wagon in December and loaded up on baked goods. Between working 80 hours a week and the bad eating I got a sinus infection which settled into bronchitis. I was so tired I went ahead and took the antibiotic. It really didn't heal my sinus infection and it's now settled into my ears. I'm wondering what would be the best foods for me to eat to (quickly) recover the damage antibiotics did to my system.

Bone broth, probiotics (Bubbies sauerkraut, fermented pickles, or kefir are my favorites), and lots of water.
