First of all, I hope this post is appropriate for this website. I can't afford to see the doctor right now or else I'd see her about my symptoms. I hope people with a common view of health and nutrition can help me find the best answers to my problem.
I've had disordered eating (not diagnosed) for the past month triggered by high stress. For about 3.5 weeks I restricted (while eating paleo still), obsessed over food, and over-exercised with two or three episodes of making myself sick. The morning after taking laxatives for the first time I had a breakthrough and decided I was committed to eating intuitively and not abusing my body. Alas this has turned into binge eating for the past near-week. Mostly on bagels, donuts, Mexican takeout, and candy. The binges leave me full 24/7 but still stuffing things in, full to the point of insomnia, back pain, nausea and claustrophobia (little room to inflate lungs). My purchased junk food is all gone now and I will not buy more. For the first couple days of bingeing I didn't really purge, but for the last few days I've purged at least a few times per day from being so uncomfortably full and feeling ill (it doesn't have to do with calories). My digestion has been slow and poor, with horrible bloating and gas.
Today and yesterday I've developed some worrisome symptoms and it's scaring me into making it a priority to not let this disordered eating progress into an actual eating disorder. I'm hoping some people here can help me know what exactly I have, and how to best heal it.
When I vomit, I vomit blood as well. Not a lot, maybe a teaspoon, but it's there. A couple days ago I vomited (what I guessed to be) an olive-sized blood clot. There has been small amounts of red blood in my stools for 2 days. I had very strong acid-reflux last night.
My stomach has been burning and hot since yesterday. It hurts if I push on it a bit. I have hot, burning, aching pain in my left side between my ribcage and hipbone, which I'm guessing is liver inflammation from all the sugar.
My eyes hurt on and off yesterday- shooting pain that left quickly (this actually made me wonder if it could be a diabetic-like symptom from all the sugar).
Any guesses what's happening inside me, and how to heal it?

Doctor, please. If you don't have the money, this is the one thing to reach out to others to ask for a loan. Parents, distant relatives, friends- tell them you have to go to the doctor for blood in your stool and vomit. No need to tell them why it's there if you don't want, people will understand. Depending on where you live there also may be groups in the community center or churches that are free, for support for those living with disordered eating.
This forum is not designed to give out medical advice to the very sick. You are very sick, and it can get worse very easily. Take this seriously, get to a doctor as soon as possible. Look to your community for support. Your doctor can also get you in touch with online, monitered, controlled support groups where no one is giving out inappropriate advice and you can meet people in similar situations.

I agree that medical help is first and foremost.
After you've seen the doctor take a look at Julia Ross's book "The Mood Cure". But doctor FIRST!

Take a deep breath. The blood is a result of you abusing your body. Bodies react when they aren't being treated regularily. I underate for a long time... severely malnourished. Best method is to eat, just eat whole foods. Steak, eggs, coconut, fish and treat yourself to the best quality food. Learn to love whole foods. Learn to accept your body. Sleep when tired, eat when hungry (even if at first it seems like all the time- 16 oz steaks etc) and get outside (lots of walking). My road to recovery was through logical thinking, what am I really acheiving by doing this? Keep yourself busy!!

sounds like you might need an endoscopy to see what's the matter. i'm guessing you've given yourself an ulcer or at least have gastritis. the rectal bleeding could be proctitis or hemmies (you'd have to look at your anus).
i've heard cabbage juice is extremely helpful for gastric ulcers although it tastes pretty bad. if you have a juicer, you could juice an apple with it for sweetness.

First, I am totally not a doctor and have not had an eating disorder myself. I have had stomach problems, especially when I was younger and really got stressed out big time over things, I still do but have more control and some friends to lean on. Don't run to the doctor if you don't want too. You probably have tears in your rectum, and tears in your stomach from the vomiting. I have over ate on pizza and had blood as well, just never self induced vomiting. Blood if is allot of bleeding would turn dark in your stools like it does the same as it clots when you cut your finger, arm, etc. Blood could be cancer, but if your real young, and in this case, I highly doubt it.
You have an eating disorder and will need counseling, find a good forum on the internet and find some friends with the same disorder. Learn to cope with stress. Otherwise pony up and go see them in person. You'll still have to help yourself anyways. Grow up, depression sucks, people suck, but you are still a beautiful person who deserves to get well whether you like it or not.
Your stomach is the fastest healing organ in your body, Chelea's points are good.
EDIT: Unless you are profusely bleeding and the bleeding won't stop the doctors will simply do lots of really expensive tests, stick camera's up and down you, take x-rays (bad for you), then basically send you home. If you are bleeding and it won't stop (losing blood), then definitely get to the ER because obviously you could die from this condition. Everybody always says oh get to the doctors, use your common sense. Oh, and I know two people personally who are bleeding rectally right now because they get constipated, don't drink enough water, and won't eat properly. They had this on Dr. Oz where your rectum is much bigger than your anus, guess it's getting more common, I've seen my exgfriend poop larger than a tennis ball size, then bleeds and wonders why.
