Do you know the dong kiKong excercise?

I got this video per newletter today? I actually never read this newsletter very often. When i read that this muscle excercise is from an animal i followed the link. And im very happy to see it. It could be a more flowing and more dancing. Like they did in the training for the german split of of the disney musicla tarzan. They did a tv casting for the musicla tarzan in germany. and they learned how to be like a chimpanze.

I'm familiar with Donkey Punch, but not sure if that is applicable here. It is a lot of exercise for sure.

I used to play Donkey Kong in the 80's, but it wasn't much of a workout :)

That's funny. But we have very different limb lengths and joints compared to chimps, so this isn't exactly a natural movement.

On occasion though, I will put on a pair of overalls and a red cap, then shuffle under construction sites while jumping up into any floating bricks in my path.
