Decrystallization? That shouldn't cause pain.

This is all vegan lies designed to get crocodiles to stop eating meat. Threaten 'em with extinction. Won't change their behavior, nor ours.

Gout takes more than 10 days to develop. Do you have a familial history of arthritis?

Karen what kind of shoes do you wear?

I developed tendinitis once in my big toe from "gripping" with it. It took me a while to realize I was doing it. At the time I was wearing some mule style KEENs that were both heavy and tended to slip off my foot so I used my toes to keep them on!

Sounds weird and hurt like hell. Once I figured it out and tossed the ill-fitting shoes it went away.

10 days in, not likely gout. Unless you went on an all-liver diet in those 10 days and have OD'd on purines.

Gout doesn't just appear in 10 days. Has to be decrystallization if it was from previously crystallizing gout.

Interesting to note that gout has been found even in T-Rex skeletons, as well as in crocodiles.

what else have you been doing differently? Any exercises like squats, running, biking, or kettlebell swings that could be putting some stress on the feet?
