I'm 51 yo now and I've been experiencing pain on my back, headhake. When I try some exercise to loose some weith the pain gets even worse. I also heave ringing in the ears (the so called tinnitus) and sometimes followed by diziness episode. Is there anyone else experiencing this same or similar health problems? Does anyone know a cure for my health condition? Please help...

This is impossible to diagnose online. See a doctor.

I just want to go into more detail, you could be referring to exertion headaches.

I get them when I do things like double unders, more or less in my situation what causes them is up upper back muscles get very tight and pull on the back of my skull causing headaches.

I see an athletic therapist and he works the muscles out and then its good for a long time. From the reading i've done it comes up with boxers, and other athletes a fair bit, although the standard prescription that I seen was to take an Advil or some other pain killer before a workout to get though the pain.

(Please do not do that, the pain killer pretty much kills any benefit from the work)

Its a long stretch, without any more information but it could be your problem, I recommend doing some additional reading on it and possibly going in to see an Athletic therapist for an assessment for the headaches.
