moles and spots on my skin?

I started paleo last week and today I have moles and spots appearing everywhere. Could someone tell me whether this is something to do with paleo please? thanks.

I'm tagging this "See a doctor." If you have any random disturbing symptoms, they are not a normal part of transition to paleo and a physician should be consulted.

@ali I am experiencing the same symptoms you describe here, about 2 weeks after starting paleo. Did you ever find a cause or treatment? Did the bumps go away?

thanks everyone.

Last week I had 2 eggs every other day. Salmon and tuna monday to friday, except wednesday. Saturday eggs for breakfast, tuna for lunch, tofu for snack, chicken for dinner. Sunday eggs for breakfast, lamb for lunch and dinner. That's all. With lots of fruit and vegetables. Nothing else. I dont know if this has too much vitamin D in it.

I have been to the doctors and they just gave me some allergy pills. I am gonna upload some pics as soon as i find the cable for my phone.

So this never happened to anybody else then?

Yes, very weird. If I were you, I would stop and try to record everything you ate over the last wee. Might want to add your foods into fitday.com and see if you are severely imbalanced in any particular nutrients. Or you may just have some kind of allergy or metabolic issue that is not normal. I'd have your bloodwork done to see what is going on. Or could be that one of the internal organs was not able to handle some of the nutrient loads. ANother chance is that it's not related to paleo and you caught some virus like chicken pox. ANyway, this is definitely time to see the doctor ASAP! And if it was me, I'd go back to my previous diet and see if that fixes it. Even if you don't plan to stay with previous diet, finding out if that fixes might be a clue as to what it is. -Eva

Did you high dose vitamin D lately?

No abnormally high vitamin D food sources there, tofu's not so healthy. Could be a food allergy, any of those foods new to you?

If you have an eggwhite allergy increased egg consumption could be a possible culprit
