I'm curious on if there has ever been a list of foods that show allergy symptoms. What I mean is how do you know if dairy, nightshades, egg, etc are something to avoid. Robb wolf has mention on his podcast that he and many of his clients will get flem build up after eating dairy but I don't think many people would recognize that as an allergic reaction and therefore avoid it. There are occasions when I get gassy with eggs or tomatoes but other times I don't.
So is there something shows foods with symptoms in the paleo world?

I think eggs are common allergens as well (especially the whites). I am doing now non-dairy month to check my reactions. After that I will try eggs, which will be really hard as I eat a lot of them! But I did have positive for egg whites on an allergy test, so I have to check my reactions.

I think perhaps we can generate a list here. From what I've heard from Robb Wolf, this is a good list from which to start:
- gluten grains
- other grains
Basically, eliminate them all for two to four weeks and then bring them back one at a time and see how they affect you. Possible reactions include:
- skin rash
- difficulty breathing (as minimal as you notice the different while jogging)
- gut irritation
What else can we add to this list?
Does anyone know of a definitive list anywhere? I'd suspect that Robb would have one in his book.

I have had allergy tests and I don't have a milk allergy, however, I do get a little "flemmy" when I add cream to my coffee. Does that mean I have some allergic reaction and should stay away. Also, I can eat hard cheese, but if I drink a glass of milk...forget about it....I am gassy all day.
