Be aware that not all allergens that come up positive in a skin test will actually be symptomatic. This is especially true of food allergies. Try eliminating all of your supposed allergens (and coconut) and reintroduce them one at a time. This may be difficult for a few weeks, but will save you trouble in the long run.

Please. Don't eat the processed coconut products. Instead, look for coconut milk in a can or coconut cream. These will work better since they are not "built" processed foods. What I mean by this is, while they are processed, they are not contaminated by preservatives, stabilizers, etc. They are just processed into different versions of natural foods. This means eat simple foods. Coconut, coconut milk, coconut cream, coconut ice cream that you make. Remember, people used to make their own food. Try it.

What type of allergy testing have you had that is telling you this?

Years ago, I was doing The Body Ecology diet to correct a "yeast overgrowth" Initially things were great. After a few months I started having GI symptoms and my naturopath tested me for allergies via bioenergetics and I was "allergic" to the majority of the foods I was eating at the time which were what was recommended with the diet. This knowledge did not help my situation and added to my stress which in turn made everything worse. My point in telling you this is: I suppose if leaky gut is involved, you are going to test allergic to what you are eating regardless. I have heard from several good sources that allergy testing in leaky gut individuals in not beneficial. Have you done GAPS?

Also, if you have a leaky gut, coconut products are not going to be good for you. I have had a similar experience with coconut milk from the can. Best of luck to you and DON'T STRESS!

I'd suggest avoiding all dairy products completely for awhile at least. You are probably better off with the sauerkraut as a probiotic than the yogurt, whatever type of milk it's made from.

If I over do it on fat, my gallbladder starts to act up. I have tightness in my chest and it is hard to breathe. It's no joke, as the gallbladder pain feels like how I imagine a heart attack feeling.

As I got used to eating cleaner, I was able to eat more of the right fats. Not sure if this is your issue. If it keeps happening you'd probably want to speak to your doctor.

Can I also say, I understand your situation. A year ago I was in the same place. I had to adapt or starve. I adapted. And I love it!!!!
