Allergic to all foods, what can I do? Symptoms include chronic itchy bum, sinus congestion, depression and fatigue...

I seem to react to just about everything I eat. Within 20mn of eating anything I experience painful nasal congestion, bloating, fatigue, mental cloudiness, itchy bum (50% of the time) and depression. Sometimes my sinuses flare up even from just drinking pure water! I seem to be in a constant state of allergic reaction. Any thoughts on this? I eat meat, veggies, fruit, nuts and seeds 80% of the time. I drink beer 2x per week, doesn't seem to increase my symptoms any because when I abstained for a few weeks my symptoms were the same. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A place to start would to have a Hydrogen or "methane" Breath test. This will will rule in or out SIBO, and depending on the type of test, also check for fructose and lactose malabsorption.

This is a relatively inexpensive and non-invasive (compared to endoscopy) test that is done as an outpatient without need for sedation drugs.
