Itchy wrists and ears: How to achieve good, cheap, REAL Allergy findings??

I have come across multiple at home and lab allergy tests. I don't have the money to give to an allergist. I want to know as much as there is to know about any intolerances or sensitivities I have had. Ever since my paleo spurts, I have become more sensitive "feeling" towards MOST foods that I eat, which is indeed hassling at some times, especially when I don't have other options for calories (as I am trying to GAIN weight). Has anyone found a lab that is discrepancy free, or had any results with pulse/temp tests? I'm dealing with a couple of things at the moment, one being a possible hernia/genital/groin strain, and this has sort of been at the back of my mind. Drop me a line if you will. Interestingly enough, when I cooked my first grass-fed beef ever on an iron skillet, the itchiness in my ears and wrists occurred. Could be just a grass/pollen sensitivity, maybe.
