Would you try a beer from 45 million old yeast?

I wouldn't but I stil think this is a neat article.

I would try it for sure, once just to say I did. How neat! And if you do splurge on something like that, be sure to savor it and really think about the fact that you are drinking something that was made with an ingredient that was 45 million years old.

Hell yes, I would take the gluten bolus for that opportunity. Wouldn't drink a case though...

I would totally try it! I don't drink beer often, but I don't really react badly to it when I do. Fermented honey sounds even better though!
