Is zucchini allowed on Autoimmune Paleo?

Hi,

I'm starting AIP tomorrow and whilst I've read a tonne of info re what I can and can't eat, I haven't seen any mention of zucchini anywhere.

Could anyone please tell me if zucchini is AIP friendly?

Thanks.

Yes they are but some glycoproteins in it bind some glyconutrients so I'd rather cook them and I guess some are gmos.
