Adrenal Stress Test and Stool Test questions

I am doing an adrenal stress test and the instructions say to avoid chocolate, broccoli, cabbage, onions, garlic and cauliflower. It also says to not drink caffeine or take stimulants the day of the test. How do chocolate, broccoli, cabbage and cauliflower affect the test? I don't understand that part. What about adrenal adaptogens and nootropics like Acetyl L-Carnitine and L-tyrosine? I hate going without caffeine even though I only consume about 100mg a day. Should I take the adrenal test on a regular workout day or not work out? On days I don't workout, I fast until afternoon so this could affect my results too.

The stool test says to stop multivitamins and minerals 3-4 days prior to the test. So, magnesium is out correct? I take a magnesium glycinate before bed. This would alter the adrenal test too, don't you think? What about epsom salt baths and magnesium spray? It also says to avoid fiber laxatives and brewers yeast. Is inulin a fiber laxative or just a fiber? Psyllium husk is, but how will this affect the test? Won't all the vegetables I eat cause a problem too?

As a note, the test is through Diagnostechs. 5 Cortisol Tests, DHEA, Progesterone, Estradiol, Testosterone, Food Intolerance Tests, Gliaden, parasites.

Thanks for your help!

I would avoid anything else, and just eat the vegetables on that day. I didn't drink tea, work out, or take any supplements before the test.
