Secretory IGA Test interpretation

Just got results from S-IGA test and wanting some help interpreting (because I just broke off the relationship with the person I was working with to help me heal):

Test using saliva: Result 76.149 (Range 10.0-60.0 ug/ml)

What I think I understand this to mean is that I don't have leaky gut but could have some kind of infection? Or maybe I've just been kicking ass with some beneficial supplements?

More info: Tested for Adrenal Fatigue 2 months ago, won't bore you with all the results, but I tested stage 3 AF (low cortisol, low DHEA, all other hormones on the low side). The timing of the test wasn't ideal because I was dealing both with shocking family news and with a pet who suddenly became terminally ill, both incidents occurring within 4 days of each other a month prior. I had been making multiple vet visits a week and doing daily medicating and rehab at home with my pet. However, before those things happened, I had been dealing with a year of chronic pain due to a neck injury, symptoms of hormonal imbalance, acne, inconsistent sleep (either great or insomnia) and poor endurance during exercise.

Thanks for any help.
