There are 4 point adrenal salivary tests you can get. It's not great, but it can tell you how much cortisol is in your saliva at different times in the day, so you can check your levels and see if your cortisol response is inverted (high at night, low in the day), or normal.

You can see the pupil contracting and dialating quickly, indicating a stress response.
