Recently I've been looking at my diet on Cronometer and realized that I've been consistently getting more than 1600% of the RDA for B12 daily (combination of beef, liver, occasionally oysters), and my skin has been breaking out more than usual. I hope it's not the B12 because I really need to eat the liver for my skin though...! Fingers crossed.
Did a quick google search and people notice also that when they get B12 shots they tend to get bad breakouts too, though certainly I'm sure a B12 shot isn't exactly the same as food sources of B12.
Has anyone else noticed a link between their B12 consumption and acne flare-ups?
