Thoughts on this oil blend?

http://www.udoerasmus.com/products/oil_blend_en.htm

organic flax seed oil; organic sunflower seed oil; organic sesame seed oil; rice and oat germ oils; organic coconut oil; organic evening primrose oil; lecithin (guaranteed GMO-free); vitamin E; antioxidants (tocotrienols); and rosemary oil. Naturally Occurring "Minor Ingredients":

65mg of phytosterols/tablespoon (lower cholesterol and normalize immune function); lignans (beneficial phytoestrogens from flax); carotene; and tocotrienols and other seed specific antioxidants. hundreds of other oil-soluble, health-benefiting phytonutrients ??

Would this one be good for my acne problems? Got ?? couple of bottles, but won't take anything that would be bad for skin. Plus I take Fermented CLO/High Vitamin Butter, could i take both?

Thanks

I'd sell it to a health store for a lower price.

On the other hand, I suspect it would be bad for your acne. Does he say that it is good for acne? If he does, you could try some and see what effect it has.

Well, if it's free, you might find SOME use for it. I use sesame oil on Kung Pao when I make it (2x per year) - but not because it's healthy. It just tastes good. And it should be put in context of your overall n3/n6 ratio. If it tastes good, a little on a salad is probably okay. I just wouldn't buy it/consume it for "health benefits".

Ok, thanks for answer! I've got six bottles for free so unsure if I shall consume it or not.

It looks craptastic to me. The sesame/sunflower/evening primrose oils are pretty high in n6. I can't see how adding an inflammatory response would be beneficial for acne. /end-sarcasm

And the n3 in flax oil is probably useless in reducing inflammation. Stick with the CLO/butter.

His stuff seems overpriced to me, but maybe I'm just cheap.

His marketing skills are incredible. If only he wastes as much time, making an omega 3 fish oil product . . .
