Omega 3 and stored in the body? Omega 6, Avocados, and Acne.

Is it possible that 3.5 oz of guacamole a day could break me out? I try to eat low omega 6...but not much grassed take CLO. How long does it take to correct a ratio if omega 3 and 6 is stored by the body...then even if taking omega 3...how will my body balance or get rid of the stored omega 6 ?

My answer is going to be purely anecdotal, but maybe it'll give you some pointers.

Since reading here and there that the desired ratio of Omega-6:Omega-3 for optimal health is argued to be 1:1, I tried yesterday to eat a diet vastly superior in Omega-3. I did so by analyzing the nutritional data of 30-40 food items, and selecting those with very favorable Omega-3 content. 

It could absolutely be coincidental, but after eating lots of greens, fishes and some fruits, I experienced an impressive "unclogging" of my nose. And my energy level stands above normal.

This little experience could signifies that inflammation in the body can be quickly regulated through high consumptions of omega-3. On the other hand, it could also means that eating foods extremely high in Omega-6 without compensating may lead to increased inflammation (thus, for example, acne in susceptible individuals.)

Try balancing your omegas, who knows, it may solve a few things. Personally, I'm going to pursue the diet for some weeks and take some notes regarding positive/negative changes.

EDIT : Avocados are EXTREMELY rich in Omega-6, and rather poor in Omega-3 (15:1) ; if the inflammation theory is sound and you do not compensate the surge of Omega-6 in your diet, it would appears logical that you'd experience tangible anomalies.
