Okay so. I'm driving myself crazy as I usually do trying to clear my skin and remain healthy, but I feel like I just always run into more obstacles.
Low stomach acid seems like a fairly common issue, and a lot of people unknowingly suffer from it. It seems like a cycle. If you have a poor diet, you will then have low stomach acid, and then because you have low stomach acid you never get any nutrients you need, and you permanently have low stomach acid, which makes sense. So many people eating healthy but just not absorbing anything. This seems like an awful curse that can't actually be fixed with diet, but needs Apple cider vinegar or HCL supplements.
I mean if your nutrients and vitamin levels slip up, will you inevitably get low stomach acid? Once fixed, I want to stay fixed, Turmeric, increasing stomach acid, Vitamin A, B2, Zinc, Vitamin D, and chromium and magnesium, along with eating more tuna and less meat have seemed to allow to me have normalish skin, but I don't wanna be a pill popper forever! I wish I could just eat and not worry!
People eat 0 nutrients and their skin doesn't suffer. I wanna not worry. Thanks. Help my mind be at ease please.
