How long does it take for a food you eat to show up as a zit, say on your chin?

I'm pretty sure eggs are causing zits to show up on my chin and it is happening within hours of eating them

Well I wouldn't have thought so but I would say that if it is happening to you "within hours" then that is your answer!

Are you allergic to milk protein? I am allergic to only whey but I suspect my zits are coming from cheese which is mostly casein?

Mine happen within 16-20 hours. I'll slip and have a good bit of cheese... BAM, a few small zits the next day. It's amazing.
