Hello, my name is Nate, and I am a 19 year old male. Up until 17, I had a very unhealthy diet and lifestyle. I have acne and that is the main reason I started to change my diet/lifestyle. But ever since I transitioned to a healthier paleo/traditional diet and lifestyle, I started experiencing an onset of stomach problems and skin conditions. I believe that I have Leaky Gut and/or SIBO (never been diagnosed and probably never will be). I experience random bloating and gas the most, acne, some eczema-like skin rashes, and rosacea. I say it is random because it doesn't matter what food I eat, sometimes It will happen and sometime it won't. I have tried elimination diets such as FODMAPS. So since 17 I have been on a pretty strict paleo diet, I maybe cheat once a month. I eat a large quantity of fruits and veggies, along with some nuts, seeds, and protein. I dealt with depression during the school year of 14-15. In september of 2015, I was able to really get rid of my stomach symptoms to some degree. I also fought my way out of the depression. I was feeling really good. I drank acv, reduced stress, did light cardio, and took some supplements including a super digestive herbal supplement. But, during the recent holidays I let loose and kind of ate whatever, and now unfortunately my symptoms have came back, and I'm having bad rosacea and acne as well. I am back to eating clean (paleo diet) and living clean. I do light cardio daily, drink acv, and am taking the herbal supplement again. There's is something inside me wreaking havoc and I gotta fix it. But I don't know if I am on the right track. I feel kind of lost and like I will never be cured, but I try to keep hope. If anyone could share with me tips, advice, stories, and whatever, that would be awesome. Let me know how I am doing and if I need to do more. I am looking for guidance! Thanks
