Do food sensitivities tend to get worse the longer you are paleo?

Over the past 2-3 years, I have noticed I have developed more and more food sensitivities. It manifests itself with acne.

up to a year ago, I was clear and really didn't have to pay attention to what I ate as long as it was paleo.

now: the list sweet potatoes (just last year) spinach (recently)

I know they are both high in oxalates, could that be the issue?

I have no clue what is going on, any clues would be great.

Time moves on -> you age -> new and wonderful things start happening to your body (and I'm not taking about hair in new places).

I would guess either you aren't getting enough prebiotics to feed the bacteria that wants to eat those things? Or those intolerances were always there, and the previous ones were just loud enough to drown out the new ones.
