detoxification after a night of drinking?

hey all, you know how it is. you're with your friends, you tell yourself you're going to have just one drink then you have to drink more for beer pong, then boys keep putting drinks in your hands saying you haven't drunk enough, then you need to take a shot to cheer the birthday boy, then you're drunk. wake up the next morning dreading the acne breakout that is sure to come... what do you do? supplements? detox tea? something anti-inflammatory?

Can't go wrong with a cuppa tea either. Probably gentler on your stomach too!

I'd probably just cook the eggs in just butter.

I'll guess that you mean "try not to repeat"...sounds like a good N=1 that worked...

I gave far better advice than your horseshit, but that is what I would expect from you.

What are you a psychiatrist now? Drink some water? The most obvious answer one could give. Metabolize alcohol by running the next day? You do realize that the morning after a night of moderate drinking there won't be any alcohol to burn.

Learn from your mistake and try not to repeat. Then as soon as you get up, drink some water, and go for a nice long jog. It will help metabolize the alcohol and will make you feel surprisingly better. Then have some coffee, breakfast, or whatever and continue about your day.
