Ive been going low carb for almost a year to prevent acne that I have been struggeling wit for years. Lately Ive added back fruit to my diet. I now have been eating 2 fruits a day and also tubers, like carrots and some times sweet potatoes. After this increase in carbs in my diet I feel and performe much better! (I work out a lot), The problem is that I dont look better, while I notice that the pimples is on their way back when I increase carb. So I feel I have a dilemma here: feel and performe good vs look good. How can it be that the fruit and carbs is bad for me(obviously is since I get more acne) when I feel so much better when I have moderate carbs (70g/ day) in my diet?

You might have fructose malabsorbtion. Did you notice any changes to your digestion after eating fruit?

Digestion related acne? Or hormonal related acne?
Forehead refers to digestion, jaw area refers to hormones. Apparently.
I'm thinking digestion issue with the carbs, but maybe not.
