I have highly sensitive and oily skin. Very prone to breakouts and acne.

Acne should clear up right after I started Paleo but I continue to have breakouts. :(

I don't take dairy, wheat, unhealthy oils, and refined sugar. I always eat meats, eggs, veggies, and one fruit a day. I always drink water.

Agreed. It's possibly another food or food group that is now eaten even more on Paleo that creates the intolerance/acne.

Your liver will decide when it is time to reduce acne. You might try veggies that are better at liver cleansing. Radicchio and cardoon are best, but beets, celery, lettuce and carrots are also useful. Dandelion is best of best, but one usually needs to pick it in the wild, and right now, at least here, the wild is under 20 inches of snow.

Not exactly a scientific answer, but you could have an allergy/intolerance to a specific food or group of foods. For example, chicken (CAFO, organic, pastured, makes no difference) gives me deep cystic acne. Others have bad reactions from nightshades or cruciferous vegetables.

It could also be that your skin simply hasn't adjusted to your new diet routine yet. Some people see instant changes, others require weeks or months before their skin clears up.

So N=1 and time... Not the best answers for instant gratification, but it's all I can offer.
