Uric Acid, ALT (SGPT) and MCV

Recently went and got my blood work done.

Three results stuck out:

Uric Acid: 7.9 ALT (SGPT): 65

MCV: 93

I am 6.1 175lb and have been eating pretty healthy for a while. Started Paleo/Bulletproof diet about 2 months ago. Definitely had cheat days in there but there were mostly burgers/fries. The biggest violation I have to point out is Alcohol. Could it really be that an excessive amount of alcohol over the last three weeks could be the cause for these results.

I have been doing intermittent fasting with bulletproof coffee, eating plenty of fat/grass fed butter, red meat and tons of green leafy vegetables.

Grateful for any feedback

I'm not sure about alcohol's effects on MCV and uric acid but elevated ALT after heavy drinking is a very plausible explanation. My understanding is that liver enzymes like ALT can stay elevated in your blood several weeks after the event that caused them to be elevated in the first place. I would retest after not drinking for at least a week.
