Hey folks, wondering what the Paleo communities thoughts are regarding acid/alkaline balance in the body. Have read a lot about this in regards to curing/disease prevention. Thanks!

I think the general consensus is that its bunk. If you're really worried I would do 5 minutes of deep breathing every day, add some lemon juice to your water, and eat some fresh fruit. There are thousands of guides out there on how to improve your "balance" and many of them are conflicting; no meats, raw meats, any fruit, only fresh fruit, this, that, these, those bla bla bla bla. I'll take the risk if it means I get to eat nutrient dense foods like liver.
