I'm on ketogenic paleo now, but it's no matter what i do, my abs are sixpack but not like this popping out and with such thin skin on it. What is the best recipe for this on paleo? :) I think i need 1% less body fat for this and a bit more abs muscle. Could you help me please?

Yeah a toned stomach is generally nicer than a flabby one, but a six pack on an otherwise sexy woman just kills it for me for some reason, maybe because it makes me think she can kick my ass & she probably could! I guess i just like my women fairly meaty on the hips/ass, and they tend to not have 6 packs ;)

A women that takes care of her health is attractive (to me). If abs make her happy, then so be it. Happy and healthy is not a bad state to be in! :-) If 20-22% BF% for a woman is similar to a man's 9-13% (if I understand correctly), then this women is probably between 13%-18%, which has it's own ramifications towards health at the lower end. Then again, the lady in the pic is glistening, which means she probably just worked out, and her abs probably have "the pump", making them seem extra-defined.

The best recipe is exercise - specifically varied forms of crunches (but don't neglect the rest of the body!). Second to that (almost tied for first) is a nutritionally dense diet that provides adequate nutrition and energy. Worry much less about being ketogenic or not - losing fat may not be helping you "get ripped" (to be fair, unless you have a long way to go) - you may need to focus on growing muscles more.

You can't spot-lose fat, but you can spot-grow muscles. :-)

Finally, make sure you're goals are reasonable and attainable for your body. The woman in the pic you posted is clearly posing post-workout. He abdominals have "the pump" going on, and the lighting makes them pop, too. Her glistening sweat doesn't hurt, either. If you truly believe your goals are attainable, then don't give up, but don't stress about it either.

Nothing personal, please don't take offense, but why would a female want abs like that?

Not that all females are trying to attract males, but as a male i find it a massive turn off, if any other men here find it a turn on please chime in though, im sure some do like it but the majority probably not

I've never had a six pack & don't think i ever will, i just seem to hold onto belly fat for some reason... i've fasted plenty, done low carb, lots of training and i just seem to lose it all on my face/arms/legs but my belly is almost always jiggly, even if i feel im losing the fat & toning up after a slack weekend its all back to square one!

Keto doesn't matter. What matters is a calorie deficit.

You need to lift heavy weights while under a prolonged calorie deficit until your BF drops low enough for your abs to pop. That woman has likely gone through several bulk/cut cycles to get abs like that. Good luck! I'm currently cutting for a six pack too and am getting pretty close.
