You can look into Yacon syrup, which is supposed to have lower sugar levels than honey or Maple syrup, as well as prebiotic effects. But I've found that the taste is rather underwhelming.

When I submit a question I get redirected to affiliaxe.com, the site is full of bugs and errors, my q's get posted multiple times. This site is falling apart like a sedentary old fart on the sad diet.

I am interested in consuming matcha green tea because of its health benefits.  Am I required to prepare it in boiling water per the can instructions, or may I simply eat it straight out of the can uncooked?

You can consume it raw. I make a pudding from mashed avocados, raw cacao powder, maca powder, honey/Yacon syrup, and matcha powder. That's a whole feast of antioxidants right there.

If it's your breath, it could be ketones, though, it's usually described as acetone breath. If it's not, it could be something on your skin, or something you're detoxing through your skin.

After a disastrous experience with coconut flour could anyone recommend an almond flour brand besides Bob's Red Mill? Their coconut flour is horrible so I won't go near their almond flour. Thanks in advance!

Honeyville blanched almond flour is the one most commonly used for baking. I've used it a lot and have had great results with it. Amazon sometimes carries it, or you can order it from honeyville.com.

Coming from a registered dietitian, the best cheeses to try are the hard varieties.  All cheese has lactose.  If you're sensitive, then go with the harder types.
