SO I am 98% northern european.
My 23 and me results said my weight would most likely stay the same if I was over or under 22grams of saturated fat a day. But my DNAfit results say to stay under 16grams of saturated fat a day?
Since I mostly northern european and they ate a fair amount of full fat dairy and meats I am curious to which one would be more accurate and why the different outcomes?
