How does the 21 Day Sugar Detox differ from a Whole 30?

That's what I thought. I knew that Paleo baking is discouraged on the Whole 30 because of the focus on eating whole food in it's natural, unaltered state. But the 21DSD doesn't seem to have an issue with Paleo baking with approved fruits (which is a minimal serving of a green tipped banana or green apple), as long as you don't add any sweeteners (such as dates or maple syrup).

with the whole 30, you can eat any and all paleo foods while the 21 DSD you have to limit your carb intake.
