21 day sugar detox - Is this sustainable long-term?

How long can I sustain this? Basic daily intake of meats veggies. and choice of 1 green apple or 1 banana.been 7 days and I feel fab!!! But after 21 says, should I stop or integrate more fruit in? It's crazy to think all the sugar I was consuming from fruits and honey. Lost 3 lbs and down 2.8% bf in 6 days. The holidays had me up 10 lbs in the scale from too frequent cookies and treats. I really couldn't believe what the sugar did to me! It's the devil!

why do you feel you need to add in fruits?

i personally haven't had fruit for months, i dont see the need unless you require the carbs.

just because they might be paleo......doesnt mean you need to eat them :)

if you feel like taking more time away from them, then by all means do so

keep an eye on your weight and then just carry on as you have been doing and if you start losing too much weight, then you need to add in some carbs (root veg). Eat a small amount first and then add more until your weight stabilizes.

Eat fruit only in the summer and early autumn when it is hanging from the trees and bushes around you.
