As the title says, I like Zevia and it seems to be a fairly naturally based product that shouldn't cause a crazy insulin response or dissolving your bones. But it isn't water or tea either so....? Drink it or not?
Can't find an ingredient label, but if Stevia is the only thing in there besides flavoring and carbonated water, it's nothing to worry about. Stevia doesn't spike insulin either, btw.
