My roids have gotten better, but is it okay to do a high intensity workout like insanity, or HIIT? Im very caustious about lofting weights right now. Any advice is much appreciated

Yes. Take it easy, warm up properly and see how you feel. Gradually increase intensity until it gets to a point of discomfort. And then stop. Next time out try going a bit further
