Centurion Method: Thoughts?

My two younger brothers found this book online. CM is similar to crossfit in some ways...results have been pretty impressive in a short amount of time. www.wheelofpain.tumblr.com Anyone else come across this book, and if so, any thoughts on the pros and cons? I was thinking about cherry picking some of the workouts and incorporating them into a few of my days. Thanks!

+1 for Dethklok, but the viking runes at the top of the page make me think more of Amon Amarth. :)

I can't tell if this is real, based on the description of the Pit of Ulfheim.
