Hello fellow paleo women :)

I'm 19 and I've been on paleo for a whopping 6 days! I love it so far and I've lost 8 pounds! Talk about instant gratification!

Anyway, I have always had KILLER periods. I'm talking: *Feeling like the world is ending, can't stop bawling and being a completely different person for 3 days beforehand *Having such bad cramps I can't walk *Throwing up from the pain *Feeling like I'm bleeding to death *Achy, sore body the entire time *Periods lasting almost 2 weeks *Very irregular periods

I went to an OB/GYN this winter; she diagnosed me as probably having endometriosis (I'm too young to tell for sure) and she put me on birth control (Apri specifically). It instantly took care of my problems, but if I miss taking any, I start my period again and I get really sick. I've been reading your opinions on birth control on here, so I haven't taken my birth control since going paleo and I haven't had a single issue.

My doctor has scared me into taking my BC for months because she said that if I don't, I will have major problems getting pregnant. Please help? I'd really really appreciate your advice on something so life-changing as my baby future <3
