I am a female 5'8" and have at least another 20-30lbs to loose. I have started Paleo with a strict work out routine. I swim with the U.S. Master's Swim team 3 nights a week and do circuit training 5 mornings and 4 nights a week.
I've been on Paleo now for about a week...and I don't see any results, not on the scale or the tape measure. I am just wondering about how long it will take before I get to see any results.

Depends on your calorie intake and your energy expendature and maybe your macros/food choices...and where you started.
A week is almost nothing as far as weight loss in concered. You really shouldn't expect more than -.5lb a week in IDEAL circumstances - assuming you're not coming from obese. And that can be easily hidden by fluctuations in water weight.
