Wanting to lose but just maintaining.

Want to lose weight but I'm only able to keep at the same weight. My husband is also doing it and eats way more than I do and is already at his goal weight. I'm watching my carb intake, only eating organic veggies and fruits, no grains, no soy, no dairy.

Breakfast

2 eggs with 2 slices of bacon

Lunch

2 baked thighs with a salad with lemon dressing

Dinner

6-9oz of steak

1/4 of pineapple

Broccoli

Snack on raw sunflower seeds all day long.

Are you hungry throughout the day? It sounds like very small portions of fat/protein for your three main meals with the potential of binging on those sunflower seeds
