I'm looking to lose fat, and wondering if I should be tracking macros and what they should be at. Can someone help me out? I want to make sure I"m getting enough fat while keeping carbs as low as I should.

Tracking both is easy with a number of different apps.
I use MyFitnessPal, it's nice and free.
Track both, learn from your own experience what works best. I obviously don't strictly believe in a calorie is a calorie, but that is my own personal experience.
